Moving the Training Room to our Clients Mobile Phone.

With the current climate and rapid weekly changes to processes, our biggest challenge was to complete training materials, gather staff around, and train in person.

With some of our Client's staff unable to attend due to a change in shifts, short time, working from home, or from various sites we needed a solution that would knock down most of the issues including Safety.

Investment in the future, early.

By heavily investing in our Online Training Portal, it meant we had to make the Training Material visual, easy to understand, readily available, interactive, and completely paperless with Q&A, results, and proof of completion at the end.

All our previous training were words on paper in a group setting and although group interaction was fun and vibrant, we needed something available 24 hours a day that can be watched repeatedly to better understand.

Customer-first deployment.
